League Dates:
Fall: August 15th - October 23rd, 2011
Game Times:

Team Fees:
$775, to be paid in full before 2nd game
Team Deposit:
$150, to be paid at time of registration to reserve spot in league
Registration Information
Registration opens:
July 7, 2011
Registration Deadline:
August 5th, 2011
Waiver:
Download and complete the waiver form for your team. Must be completed in full before 1st game.
Balance Due:
Complete payment ($775 total) is due prior to the beginning of the 2nd game or there will be a $25 late fee each week the balance is not paid.

New Team Referral

Existing teams at NetSports will receive $50 off the league fee for each "NEW" team that registers at NetSports for the Fall 2011 indoor season and lists or states that your team referred them to NetSports.
 
If you are a new team for Fall 2011 and another "NEW" team lists or states that you referred them to NetSports you will receive a $50 discount for each team that lists you as a referral. Teams are considered "NEW" if they did not play in the 2010/2011 Winter II, Spring, or Summer Sessions at NetSports.

Two 23 minute periods; 3 minute halftime
6 vs 6 (5 field players, 1 goalkeeper) Coed teams must have 2 females as field players.

Shin guards
Flat-soled or turf shoes (no cleats of any kind)
Matching shirts/jerseys required
